Maid Works Residential Policy
Maid Works provides all cleaning supplies/equipment. Client may choose to provide a specific cleaner of their own choice.
Arrival Time: Please allow us the flexibility of scheduling our cleaning between 8:00am and 3:30pm. We ask for a 2 hour window when it comes to scheduled time (The Techs will arrive between 12 and 2 pm). Cleanings are scheduled in an order that requires the least amount of drive time for each team. If you do require an AM or PM schedule, we will make every effort to accommodate your request, however, no times are guaranteed.
Clutter: The cleaning will be far more satisfactory if the team does not have a great deal of clutter obstructing the cleanable area. Desks that have large amounts of paperwork are unable to be cleaned. Please pick up clothes, toys and paperwork before each cleaning so we can do our job. We will gladly work around any clutter.
Keys: Please make sure our cleaning team has access to your home on cleaning day. Most of our customers provide us with a key. Customers' keys are kept secured and are not attached to any address or other identifying information.
Payment: Payment in full is due the day of your service. Maid Works accepts cash, paypal or check only.
Home Temperature: Please maintain a proper temperature your home /our work place. OSHA recommends temperature control in the range of 70-77° F
Dishes: Light dish load duty is acceptable. (6 items or less) Please be aware that one full sink of dishes will be an extra $10-$20 charge. Extra charge is due the day of service, if wanted.
Cancellations: If you wish to cancel or reschedule a cleaning appointment, at least 24 hours notice is required. If customer decides to cancel the day of, customer will be charge a $25 fee. This fee will cover the profit loss due to excessive employees scheduled for those hrs.
Accidents: If you have valuables or heirlooms, etc., it would be helpful if we are notified of, and if such items would be secured or put away to avoid any accidents. We cannot be responsible for unsecured wall hangings or otherwise unstable things that are prone to falling and or breaking.
Pet Policy: Please secure all pets that are dangerous to our employees inside and outside of your house. Maid Works is not responsible for cleaning up after pets.
Ladder Policy: Maid Works will not allow its cleaning professionals to use ladders or step stools higher than 3 steps for the safety of our employees.
Heavy Items: For safety and liability reasons, Maid Works will not allow its cleaning professionals to lift or move heavy items or furniture
Satisfaction Guarantee: If our cleaning is not done to your satisfaction, please inform our office within 24 hours and we will be happy to come back and correct the problem.
Utilities: water and electricity must be active in order for us to perform services.
Toilet brush: please provide toilet brush for each bathroom.
Vacation Rental Properties Policy

Check-out time: Please notify guests that a late check-out will be an additional cost if cleaning crew has to wait to enter premises. Guests must be out of house before crew can begin work for safety reasons. Additional fee will be charged according to time waited and crew size.
Trash: Please advise guests to remove kitchen trash and dispose in designated area.

Holidays: We do not service (turn-around cleanings)on major holidays such as : Christmas Day, Easter, Thanksgiving, and New Years Day.
We do service (turn-around cleanings) on Fourth of July, Labor Day, and Memorial Day at a + 65% of normal rate.
(Biker Rally weekend is +30% of normal rate due to heavy traffic and employee hourly wages)
